These Terms govern your use of SaaSBoost, operated by SaaSBoost ApS, a private company incorporated in Denmark. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use SaaSBoost. You are responsible for any activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Roles on the platform
SaaSBoost connects two types of users: founders who list software, and sellers who promote it. We are a marketplace — we are not a party to the underlying commercial relationship between founders and sellers.
3. Fees
Listing is free. SaaSBoost charges a 10% platform fee on every payout made through the platform. The fee is deducted automatically before funds are released to the seller. We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Payouts and escrow
Conversions are held in escrow for seven days from the conversion event. After the escrow window passes without dispute, funds are released to the seller minus the platform fee. Disputes are handled per our dispute resolution policy.
5. Acceptable use
- No fraud, no click farming, no incentivized traffic.
- No illegal products, no MLM, no crypto promotions.
- No misrepresentation of identity, product, or affiliation.
- No scraping or automated access without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant SaaSBoost a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the Settings page. We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Pending payouts you have earned will be paid out per the normal schedule.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular sales outcome. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSBoost's total liability to you is capped at the platform fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Copenhagen.
